DOES RENUYOU AESTHETICS & BOTOX OFFER PACKAGE DEALS?
We have a loyalty card that has buy 2 syringes of Filler get your 3rd $50 off, buy 3 Microneedling sessions get $100 of your 4th and Kybella buy 3 vials get $100 off your 4th. We also offer packages for our Lasers, and Body contouring (see service listing on the main page)
HOW IS RENUYOU AESTHETICS & BOTOX DIFFERENT FROM OTHER MED SPAS?
We are a small, independently owned MedSpa. We began in 2019 and have been growing rapidly since. We now have 5 nurses along with our onsite Medical Director, Dr. Koos. Our main goal is to be on the cutting edge of esthetic practice, while keeping our prices low so everyone can have a chance to look their best.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW POLICY?
We understand illness and emergencies! If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please call 515-330-8900 and let us know you won't be there. A 24 hour notice is appreciated, but we know that can't always be the case. Some services do require 'no show' protection via a credit card saved to book the appointment. If a client is 15 minutes late a text will be sent making sure they didn't forget, if no response is sent a 'no show' will be posted and the fee will be submitted. Three 'no shows' and a client will no longer be able to make appointments.
